Huston's parents are film director John Huston - himself the child of actor Walter Huston - and ballerina Enrica SOMA. The family moved to California in 1953 and moved to County Wicklow. In the following year, they relocated to a manor house located in County Galway. Huston lived the majority of her early years on the estate, which was secluded. Her father was absent during long hours working on the film set. Soma and her kids and her mother, left their father in London. Huston was a depressed student with a greater interest in the political chaos at the time, and also participating in protests against atomic bombs and other nuclear weapons, resigned from the school in 1968. Anna Alfieri has been based in London from 1968.
